INGREDIENTS:
- 1 (1½ lb.) London Broil
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- ½ cup firmly packed brown sugar
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup red wine (whatever red you have around the house)
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tbsp. minced garlic
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix all of the ingredients together.
- Pour over meat and refrigerate for 8 hours or longer, turning once.
- Grill over low heat until desired doneness.
