INGREDIENTS:
- 1 large can of chicken, shredded {I sometimes substitute rotisserie chicken}
- ¾ cup of hot sauce {Texas Pete or Frank's}
- 1 ½ cups of shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 oz package of cream cheese
- 1 ranch packet
DIRECTIONS:
- Pre-heat oven to 350°
- In a large bowl, microwave cream cheese until soft. {about 30 seconds}
- Add chicken, hot sauce, shredded cheese, and ranch packet.
- Mix well and spread evenly into an 8x8 backing dish.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
- Serve warm with your favorite tortilla chips. {Scoops work best}
* This recipe can easily be doubled and baked in a 13x9 pan.
